Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of significant, multi-team programs across our product portfolio, owning execution from kickoff through launch. You will build detailed plans, coordinate across engineering, QA, documentation, and GTM, and apply AI skills to boost productivity and impact.

The role requires 6+ years in technical program management, strong cloud knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and excellent communication with product leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience including enterprise software/cloud/data analytics
• Strong ability to lead multi-team delivery across engineering and product
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with product leadership and executives

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex technical programs across multiple teams
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and dashboards
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decisions to keep programs on track
• Translate program status into crisp updates for leadership and engineers
• Identify and elevate delivery risks; drive continuous process improvement
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM
• Support data-driven prioritization with program metrics and scenario analysis
• Apply foundational AI skills to improve productivity and impact across teams
