CoreWeave is building the world’s largest AI Cloud platform, and we’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own fleet-wide reliability and operations programs that scale with growth.

This role partners with Compute, Networking, Data Center, and Operations teams to drive improvements in fleet efficiency, reliability, and stability, aligning priorities, defining success metrics, and ensuring durable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management in large-scale compute infrastructure, cloud, or platform environments.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own fleet reliability metrics and dashboards with visibility of trends as fleet grows.
• Drive alignment on fleet reliability OKRs across engineering and operations.
• Identify systemic reliability gaps across hardware, firmware, software, networking, storage, and processes.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve fleet delivery, readiness, and operational stability at scale.
• Define program plans, milestones, risks, and success criteria for reliability initiatives.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and unblock execution across multiple orgs.
• Track progress, surface risks, and communicate status to leadership.
• Participate in major incident reviews and ensure follow-up actions are closed.
