Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven success delivering programs in network engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical domains.
• Deep knowledge of PM processes, tools, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-person multidisciplinary team including technical integration, network/cyber security engineering, software development, and data engineering.
• Plan, execute, and deliver complex technical programs using Agile methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment to mission priorities and technical objectives.
• Drive adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables; maintain Agile workflows and JIRA usage.
• Translate objectives into tasks and milestones; coordinate internal and external resources; manage risks early.
• Interface with government customers and stakeholders; ensure program compliance and performance.
