New Directions Technologies Inc. (NDTI) seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams on defense-related electronics warfare simulation systems at Point Mugu, CA. You will own project lifecycle from initiation to close, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder reporting.

The role requires a MS degree or BS with 10+ years in a technical field, 3+ years PM in hardware/software in aerospace or defense, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• MS degree or BS with 10+ years in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of project management in hardware/software development in aerospace/defense.
• Experience managing HW/SW development life cycle from requirements to SETR.
• Clear engineering documentation understanding for SETR processes.
• Experience with scheduling software: MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to specify, develop, integrate, test, operate, and sustain systems.
• Own and maintain the project master schedule and budgets.
• Develop dashboards and provide status reports, risk assessments, and outcomes.
• Identify risks, perform analyses, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
