Job summary
Entegris seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead TPMs across the ADM Business Unit. You will bridge engineering, product management and R&D to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule while driving safety, quality, and scalable processes.

- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
- 5+ years in technical/engineering/product development.
- 3+ years in advanced deposition or NPD for semiconductors.
- Expert knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and ADM chemistry."
Responsibilities
- Own execution of TPM workstreams aligned to priorities.
- Lead and coach a team of TPMs; ensure safety, quality, and improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to align deliverables.
- Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
- Drive standardization of development processes and tools.
