AVEVA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to track and coordinate initiatives across emerging technologies. You will translate complex technical work into clear programs, align plans with AVEVA’s strategic priorities, and drive milestones and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.

You will establish repeatable reporting processes, manage risks and dependencies, and support AVEVA’s AI Capabilities Operating Committee to ensure governance and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 5+ years working with complex emerging-technology initiatives.
• Ability to translate informal or in-progress technical work into clear, structured program plans.
• Experience aligning work to broader organizational strategy and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report status and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop a flexible but repeatable approach to defining technical program plans across the CT organization.
• Help technical leaders connect their plans to the org's priorities and flag gaps or misalignment.
• Translate requirements from AVEVA and customers into tangible programs.
• Track progress and keep documentation and dashboards current.
• Spot risks, bottlenecks, or scaling issues early and raise them.
• Set up and run regular reviews, decisions, and prioritization across initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives follow privacy, security, and responsible-technology guidelines.
• Build relationships across teams to manage dependencies.
• Provide operational support for AVEVA’s AI Capabilities Operating Committee (AICO).

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Programs & Operations, you'll work closely with technical leaders across the organization to develop and define program plans for our technical initiatives, making sure they align to our broader strategy and priorities, have well-defined objectives that further our technical understanding in key areas, and include concrete milestones and deliverables. You'll develop and implement tracking and reporting processes so leadership always has a clear, up-to-date view of progress.This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how our growing organization structures its programming in a way that allows us to deliver innovative and advanced industrial technology.
