Description
Jump is the only end-to-end fan experience platform built for sports teams and venues, breaking the mold for what fans can expect at live events.
Our enterprise software enables sports teams and venues to unlock the massive opportunities that come from real relationships with their fans, rethinking the traditional model that hasn’t put the fan experience first.
Jump was founded in 2021 by Marc Lore, Alex Rodriguez, and Jordy Leiser and backed by top venture firms including Forerunner Ventures, Will Ventures, Mastry Ventures, Courtside Ventures, and more.
We are a remote first team that grounds our actions and decisions in our core values — begin with trust, play like the underdog, and do your thing. Living our values means that we always assume positive intent, show up with authenticity and empathy, and push the limit of what is possible.
We’re actively recruiting for smart, tenacious, adaptable, and most importantly kind people to join our team!
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive cross-functional alignment and execution across our product and engineering teams. This person will be embedded across multiple teams, ensuring that projects stay on track, roadblocks are identified and addressed early, and our teams are equipped with the clarity, structure, and support they need to move fast and deliver quality work.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building relationships, and has a talent for seeing around corners. This individual is both a hands-on operator and a strategic partner—keeping projects on track and processes running smoothly, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change as we grow and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day project and program management across multiple technical teams
Identify and escalate blockers and dependencies that could impact delivery
Attend sprint planning sessions and stand-ups to stay close to the work, spot potential risks early, and ensure alignment across teams as priorities evolve
Ensure project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) are up to date and being used effectively
Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise
Report on progress, velocity, and productivity—turning data into insights to guide timelines and decision-making
Analyze project and team data to help assess capacity and develop realistic timelines
Help evolve our internal processes to match the growing complexity of the business
Use AI tools to automate, optimize, and innovate the way we work
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within technical or product-driven environments
Experience managing multiple projects at once with competing priorities and timelines
Clear, curiosity-driven communicator who focuses on simplicity and always seeks to understand the “why”
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders - not afraid to speak up and advocate for what’s needed
Comfort with AI tools and how they can improve program management and productivity
Expertise in Jira management and configuration
Proficiency with project management tools, Monday.com preferred
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in a hands-on technical role (software engineering, technical product management, etc)
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Startup experience, especially in environments with tight, immovable timelines
