Qualifications We Seek
  • English Level: C1
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Program Management within a SaaS, technology, or healthcare environment
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce (CRM) and financial systems like NetSuite, with a track record of delivering successful system enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of integrations, automation platforms (e.g., Workato), and data warehouse and analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau or similar BI tools)
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical communication for business and executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess systems and optimize workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, including leading executive discussions, stakeholder meetings, and technical demos
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, release management, and change management best practices
  • Proactive in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving project success with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project for creating Gantt charts and resource capacity plans
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite
  • Tech Stack: Scrum, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Workato
Your Daily Tasks
  • Strategic Project Execution - Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional execution
  • Enterprise Systems Project Management - Lead and manage end-to-end Business Systems projects; plan, execute, and deliver CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance system initiatives; develop project roadmaps, define milestones, and allocate resources to stay on track
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with business and technical teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure collaboration while mitigating risks
  • Governance & Communication - Lead Steering Committee (SteerCo) updates, executive reporting, presentations, and system demos to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment
  • Release & Change Management - Oversee deployment of Business System changes; apply best practices in testing, release cycles, and user adoption
  • Risk & Resource Optimization - Identify risks, optimize resource allocation, and increase project velocity to meet expectations
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Act as technical leader for Business Systems; engage executives, department leads, and technical teams to drive alignment and adoption
  • Forecasting & Budgeting - Implement financial forecasting, manage budgets, and plan resource capacity to optimize costs and ensure efficiency
