Job description

Ready to be a Titan?

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you drive impact by delivering measurable results across ServiceTitan's most important product and technology initiatives. You define and guide high-level goals and roadmaps, shape the decisions that determine where and how we invest, and make sure those commitments turn into shipped, working software our customers can count on.

You're not a status-tracker. You have the technical depth to understand system architecture and lead engineering teams through hard trade-offs, and the cross-functional range to build trust from individual contributors to executive leadership. You bring order to ambiguity, and you get things done.

What you'll do
  • Define and guide high-level goals and roadmaps for major product and technology programs, from conception through release into production.
  • Shape investment decisions on where the org spends engineering time, backed by data.
  • Monitor and communicate progress against goals, surfacing risk early and reporting status clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead technical conversations directly with engineering teams, grounded in a real understanding of system architecture and trade-offs.
  • Drive release management across teams, ensuring quality, sequencing, and readiness before code reaches production.
  • Build and refine agentic and AI-assisted SDLC processes, helping teams adopt new tools and workflows without losing rigor.
  • Spot process gaps and inefficiencies, then design and implement the fix, not just flag the problem.
  • Lead change management across globally distributed, matrixed teams, and communicate effectively across time zones.
  • Collaborate across functions and organizations to deliver impact, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
What you'll bring
  • Proven technical program management experience delivering measurable results across complex, cross-functional programs at scale.
