Job summary

ModMed, a leading health tech company, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead our Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning processes. You will drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, modernizing our SDLC with an emphasis on AI/ML development lifecycles.

The role requires hands-on GenAI tooling experience to automate reports and derive data-driven insights, with a focus on improving predictability and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile Release Trains (ART) and PI planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and Lean UX practices.
• Ability to translate team objectives into program objectives and communicate across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and MLOps concepts.
• Proven track record in cross-team alignment and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate all ART ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos.
• Coach and mentor scrum teams to deliver PI objectives with business impact.
• Drive cross-team alignment among Product Management, Engineering and Architecture.
• Translate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and ensure visibility across the org.
• Optimize value flow across the ART, manage risks and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
• Apply SDLC and AI/ML lifecycle knowledge to guide data science, engineering, and MLOps teams.
• Implement metrics and dashboards to measure ART health, predictability, and throughput.
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to shape roadmaps, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Champion Agile and SAFe practices and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.
• Mentor and evolve Program Management and Agile practices.
