We are seeking a Senior Technology Program Executive to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a large-scale Federal Health program, deploying AWS cloud technologies within a highly secure government environment. This executive will leverage deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and proven program management skills to ensure seamless execution and robust performance of critical healthcare IT modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct large-scale AWS technology deployments for federal healthcare programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and compliance with stringent government security standards.

  • Collaborate directly with federal clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned to mission-critical objectives.

  • Oversee cloud infrastructure modernization, architecture strategies, and operational transformation leveraging AWS services.

  • Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC), compliance, and governance frameworks.

  • Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.

  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and vendor relationships.

  • Provide executive-level communications, reporting, and presentations to senior government leadership and internal executives.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Must have 10+ years of experience leading health IT programs with a minimum of 5 years specifically overseeing government health deployments in secure perimeters.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs within federal health or related government agencies.

  • Proven track record managing programs in compliance with federal security and regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).

  • Experience directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration, or related advanced degree.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (Professional).

  • PMP Certification or similar program/project management credentials.

  • Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards and interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, or ONC mandates.

  • Prior experience successfully leading multi-vendor, multi-team collaborations in federally secured environments.
