TIAA is seeking a senior technical leader to drive end-to-end execution of our top wealth technology initiatives, overseeing platform enhancements across brokerage, trust, and vendor integrations. Qualifications

5+ years of technical product owner / lead business analyst experience.
5+ years of Wealth Management Domain and technology experience.
Product leadership experience delivering new products and enhancements to brokerage platforms.
Experience using AI in Wealth Platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team blending internal staff and managed services partners to support wealth business enhancements for retail clients.
Support a multi-year, front-to-back brokerage platform transformation, overseeing delivery with core platforms and vendors.
Provide leadership for Wealth product rollouts with business partners and transformation programs.
Identify execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and integration gaps; intervene to maintain momentum.
Drive adoption and operation of Wealth platform processes and capabilities post-implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
