Job summary

TIAA in Dallas seeks a senior technical leader to own end-to-end execution of a high-priority wealth platform initiative. You will manage platform enhancements across managed accounts, brokerage, trust services, and vendor integrations to remove bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.

You will drive adoption by partnering with senior leadership and business teams, modernize middle/back-office operations, and influence revenue growth through transformed processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product owner / lead business analyst experience.
• 5+ years of Wealth Management Domain and technology experience.
• Product leadership experience delivering new products and enhancements to brokerage platforms.
• Experience using AI in Wealth Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team blending internal staff and managed services partners to support wealth business enhance product offering for retail clients.
• Oversee multi-year, front-to-back brokerage platform transformation, managing dependencies with core brokerage platforms and vendors.
• Provide leadership for Wealth product rollouts with business partners and support transformation programs while ensuring teams have support to deliver successful outcomes.
• Identify execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and integration gaps across programs, and intervene directly with delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Drive adoption and operationalization of Wealth platform, processes, and capabilities by ensuring change readiness, transition planning, and stabilization post-implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery alignment and ensure internal and external partners remain synchronized on priorities, timelines, and transformation outcomes.
• Defines system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
• Prepares flow charts, models, and procedures and conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
• Prepares technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
• Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
• Analyzes and proposes revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
• Assists in the development of training sessions and demos for end users.
