Lucia Protocol is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our attribution project at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and data infrastructure. You will bridge engineering and sales, own the roadmap from ideation to launch, and drive product innovation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, hands-on coding, and proficiency with AWS, GitHub, front-end tech, UI/UX, and Figma.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the blockchain or DeFi space.
• Analytical Skills: Solve complex, open-ended problems with data-driven insights.
• Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of user behavior and competitive landscape, DeFi trends.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration; conduct customer interviews and document user stories and product requirements.
• Collaborate with design and engineering using Figma for wireframes and prototypes.
• Perform market research and trend analysis in the blockchain infrastructure space.
• Develop a demand-driven approach to demonstrate product impact for exchanges and L1/L2 ecosystems.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across feature definition, testing, and launch.
• Design and implement robust testing methodologies and validate hypotheses with data.
