Job summary

Humana is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Product Manager to partner with business and technology teams. You will own a product, platform, or major capability within our Insurance Products and Benefits portfolio, define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and drive execution from concept to value creation and delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance customer value with technical feasibility, and utilize data and AI tools to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Administration or Management is required.
5+ years of proven Technical Product Management experience in a large enterprise.
Strong understanding of Agile framework and product development methodologies.
Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, own, and maintain vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a product, platform, or major capability.
Define goals, success metrics, and outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Drive decisions using data, user feedback, and business value assessments.
Collaborate with engineering to define approaches and delivery strategies.
Plan releases, sprints, and feature delivery with Agile teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, testing, operations, and business teams.
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, dependencies, and business value to stakeholders.
