We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to design, modify, and manage activities of our Financial Crimes suite of products. You will be responsible for helping guide the money laundering and fraud detection software for our company. This person will need to stay on top of trends in the anti-money laundering and fraud world, using that knowledge to add features to the Financial Crimes software suite to identify and combat those new trends. This person will work closely with a team of business analysts and project managers to accomplish these goals. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle as well as subject matter expertise in the area of fraud detection and risk management.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Birmingham, AL; Lenexa, KS; Monett, MO; Springfield, MO; Charlotte, NC; or Allen, TX.

The salary range for this position is $97,800 - $137,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Helps design, modify and manage activities for Financial Crimes products from product definition and planning through production and release.
  • Serves as central resource for fraud and anti-money laundering integrations within Jack Henry and with external partners.
  • Tracks statistics of product adoption by customer base and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.
  • Ensures a smooth turnover to the implementation or support organizations that includes planning, training and hand off.
  • Establishes and interacts with user community (e.g., advisory board, focus groups, customer fact finding, etc.)
  • Assists with the product vision/roadmap.
  • Participates in the rollout of marketing plans/campaigns.
  • Creates alpha and beta program definition and coordinates execution.
  • Creates standard demonstrations (and occasional participation in customer demonstrations).
  • Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
  • Ensures that products meet specifications and quality goals.
  • May assist less experienced peers.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management and/or working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the financial or fintech industry.
  • Experience with fraud protection/detection solutions.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working with AI within the development process
  • Certifications relevant to fraud protection/detection (e.g. CAMS, CFE, CAFP).
  • SAFe Agile experience.
