Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior Product Leader for data platforms to own the full product lifecycle, from vision to sunset, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate insights into prioritized features, and drive a transparent, outcomes-based road map.

You will collaborate with data architecture and engineering to shape platform capabilities, conduct usability testing, and manage launches that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
• Graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of eight years related business experience
• Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
• Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership across product lifecycle
• Ability to lead strategic discussions on data architecture and engineering
