Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager, Customer Deployment Lead to own end-to-end deployments for the TrueChoice Defense portfolio. You will drive strategy, readiness, and execution across CTO, Engineering, CX, and external vendors, ensuring on-time, compliant rollouts and a smooth handover to support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; equivalent military experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years in customer deployment leadership, technical program, or product management.
• Note: Military experience counts as professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment pipeline across the portfolio and surface expansion opportunities.
• Lead readiness assessments end-to-end with input from CTO and Engineering.
• Own procurement workflow from BOM to commercial execution and vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate site readiness, access passes, and installation logistics with CTO and engineering teams.
• Oversee handover packages and transition to long-term support with documented SLAs and escalation matrices.
• Maintain alignment with government reporting and ensure data sovereignty and export compliance.
