Job summary
HyrUS Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner/Manager to lead cloud-focused platform initiatives, shaping product vision for Cloud, Observability, DR, and DevOps, and aligning value streams with multi-year roadmaps.
You will mentor Product Owners, drive backlog prioritization and release sequencing, and collaborate with executives and engineers to ensure platform capability and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Agile Product Owner or Product Manager in a large-scale enterprise.
- Cloud-focused platform delivery experience across SaaS/DevOps stacks.
- SAFe 6.0 POPM cert OR 3+ years SAFe ownership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira/Confluence and related Agile tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmaps across Cloud, Observability, DR, and DevOps.
- Lead and mentor Product Owners; maintain backlogs and acceptance criteria.
- Align cloud capabilities with enterprise digital initiatives and frontline operations.
- Prioritize features and manage release sequencing balancing value and reliability.
- Collaborate with executives, architects, and engineers for platform capabilities.
- Foster SAFe execution across ARTs and PI planning contexts.
- Track metrics to evaluate platform performance and guide pivots.
