• 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager in a large enterprise.
• Experience with Cloud, CloudOps, and enterprise platform services.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, observability, DR, and ITSM.
• Hands-on with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cloud and observability platforms.
• Own, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned with business value and enterprise goals.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive platform strategy and delivery across Cloud, Observability, Disaster Recovery (DR), and CloudOps. The ideal candidate will champion a Platform as a Product approach, align business and technical teams, and drive enterprise platform adoption, resiliency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cloud and observability platforms.
• Own, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned with business value and enterprise goals.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with CloudOps, enterprise architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Drive integration across cloud services, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Establish KPIs to measure platform adoption, value delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Support Agile product delivery using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with Cloud, CloudOps, and enterprise platform services.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, observability, disaster recovery, and ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, and Jira Align.
• SAFe 6.0 POPM certification required, or equivalent 3+ years of large-scale Scaled Agile experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• ITIL certification.
• Experience driving enterprise platform roadmaps and product-centric delivery models.
