The role emphasizes security, accessibility, and scalable platforms, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in marketing ops, program or project management.
• 5+ years leading web content management and DAM platforms.
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and DAM strategy with product owners.
• Conduct research and testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define product goals, roadmap, backlog, and requirements documentation.
• Lead development and DAM teams and end-to-end product development.
• Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and delegate tasks.
• Ensure platforms meet security, privacy, WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Manage platform risks and deliver reliable services.
• Deliver results in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Lead through change with clarity and energy.
