Job summary

Zinnia is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own API design, data models, and robust client onboarding from kickoff to production go-live. You will partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to win opportunities and lead cross-functional teams across engineering and QA in distributed environments.

You will drive the SDLC for enterprise APIs, define rate limiting, OAuth2, and event-driven integration strategies, and communicate complex technical topics to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• Write clear, testable product requirements and API specs (OpenAPI).
• Own end-to-end client onboarding and implementation.
• Lead integration design sessions with client teams.
• Collaborate with Sales on API-led opportunities and RFP responses.
• Define event-driven integration requirements and API traffic policies.
• Translate client needs into executable engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Write API specs and acceptance criteria.
• Own client onboarding end-to-end through go-live.
• Lead integration design sessions with client architects.
• Partner with Sales on API-led opportunities and demos.
• Define data models, event schemas, and retention policies.
• Ensure API traffic management and security provisions.
