What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop business strategies and technology initiatives.
- Lead the scrum team and facilitate agile project management processes.
- Conduct user research, prototype testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support product development.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to address bugs and facilitate user acceptance testing.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in education technology or college admissions.
- 3+ years of experience in website optimization or growth teams supporting marketing and sales.
- Proficiency with A/B testing tools, web analytics, and customer behavior tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent real-world expertise.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front-end web development concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience leading scrum teams using agile and lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma).
- Strong presentation skills for diverse internal and external audiences.
