Job summary

MeeBoss is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (IC) to own AI-Native Lending Technology initiatives for a remote-first US team. This hands-on IC role requires shipping in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments, with ownership from discovery through roadmap and delivery.

You will prototype using AI coding tools, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business to turn customer needs into concrete specs and architecture decisions. No direct reports.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in technical product management leading B2B SaaS at startup or growth-stage companies.
• Founder or PM in current role for 1+ year.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 ownership: launched net-new product/feature.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI coding tools and read codebase.
• Experience shipping third-party integrations.
• US-based and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship; fully remote in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own a product pod end-to-end from discovery through roadmap, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
• Act as the technical bridge between engineering, design, and business to turn customer needs into specs and architecture decisions.
• Prototype and validate ideas hands-on using AI coding tools so engineering starts from a working concept.
• Define success metrics for every initiative and drive iteration until outcomes land.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal cycles for your product area.

The platform helps lenders move loans through origination faster and more accurately, with an engineering team that is more than doubling in size this year. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) Senior Technical Product Manager role, not a people-management track.

• Technical fluency strong enough to prototype with AI coding tools, read a codebase, and hold your own in architecture discussions
• Experience shipping third-party integrations
• US-based and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Fully remote within the US
