Hundreds of brands partner with Babylist to engage with families during life’s important transitions. Our mission is to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive. For more information, visit www.babylist.com.

Our Ways of Working

Babylist thrives as a remote-first company, with HQ team members located across the U.S. and Canada. We meet in person twice a year—once as a company and once by department to strengthen relationships. We stay purpose-driven, show up consistently, and achieve results together from anywhere.

For this role, you’ll stay directly connected to our fulfillment network:

  • Expect to travel a couple of times per month to our warehouse located 15 miles outside of Columbus, Ohio, where you’ll build relationships with on-site teams and observe operations in action.
  • To keep travel efficient, we require that you live in the Eastern or Central time zones, within a two-hour flight of Columbus.
What the Role Is

Babylist’s e-commerce business is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes complexity. The fulfillment and operations product team develops the technology that powers our eCommerce experience, meeting the needs of new parents as well as our internal business teams. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will craft solutions to scale Babylist into a billion-dollar enterprise while making a meaningful impact on families embarking on a new life journey. This role reports to the Group Product Manager of Supply Chain and participates in defining and executing an ambitious growth strategy for Babylist.

Who You Are
  • You are an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years in agile development environments.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, e-commerce, or manufacturing. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, managing the needs of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You understand systems integration, data flow, APIs, and automation—and can engage effectively with engineering partners.
  • You are highly analytical, using data to define priorities and measure impact.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can transform loosely defined challenges into clear, actionable plans.
  • Experience with HighJump (Körber), Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, or other custom-built WMS systems strongly preferred.
How You Will Make An Impact
  • Partner closely with operational teams to build deep trust, understand their needs, and deliver technical solutions that improve and automate their workflows.
  • Be the expert in our WMS software (HighJump) and operational processes.
  • Drive the product lifecycle end to end: discovery, definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering to scope and deliver new initiatives that scale our operations.
  • Influence prioritization by aligning stakeholders across Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Support.
  • Define success metrics, leverage data to monitor progress, and communicate impact across the organization.
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and deliver a best-in-class fulfillment experience.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist
  • We invest in the infrastructure you’ll need to be supported and successful: tools, opportunities to connect with colleagues, and a stipend to help you set up your office.
  • We build products that have a positive impact on millions of people’s lives.
  • We work at a sustainable pace, which means work-life balance is a real thing here.
  • We believe technology and data can solve hard problems.
  • AI plays a meaningful role in how we work, create, and scale—embedded in our tools, systems, and decision-making to support innovation and impact.
  • We believe in exceptional management.
  • Competitive pay with meaningful opportunities for career advancement.
  • Comprehensive benefits including company-paid medical, dental, and vision, generous parental leave, and 401k with company match.
  • Employee wellbeing perks covering physical, mental and emotional health, parenting, childcare, and financial planning.
Compensation and Benefits

Babylist follows a market-based approach to compensation, with pay varying based on location, experience, and qualifications. In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the starting salary range for this role is $175,545.00 to $210,612.00, representing the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Your starting salary within this range will be determined based on your skills, experience, and work location, with future adjustments informed by role growth, performance, and internal pay equity. In addition to competitive pay, Babylist offers equity, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave.
