Job summary

Jobtailor in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The role combines hands-on coding with architectural leadership to drive scalable procurement, sourcing, and inventory management systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and guide the project from ideation through release.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma/GED and 10+ years of software development experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads the design and development of sophisticated software solutions including hands-on development, testing, and debugging.
Defines technical vision and guides the team in architectural decisions.
Collaborates with partners to define project goals and requirements.
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams.
Contributes to the documentation of software solutions and processes.
Develops, configures, and supports scalable Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Visual Builder Studio.
Manages and prioritizes the product roadmap to align system enhancements with business objectives, Oracle release cycles, and expected value realization.
Collaborates with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution options, and deliver effective system capabilities.
Identifies and implements opportunities for automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
