Job summary

Studio Wildcard is seeking a Senior Technical Producer to blend engineering insight with production leadership. You will own the engineering task pipeline, ensure maximum efficiency, and coordinate with the CTO, Live Ops Lead, and Executive Producer to deliver high-profile releases.

You will manage release timelines, track progress, and drive engineers’ daily focus, while attending gameplay reviews to align technical work with player experience. Join a team pushing ARK franchises forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working directly with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 as an engineer.
• Minimum of 2 years working with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 as a technical producer.
• Engineer-level technical understanding paired with producer-level management skills.
• Ability to work core hours 10:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and be on-call for live issue firefighting during critical shipping periods.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, assign, and follow up on all technical tasks across the engineering department.
• Meet daily with the Live Ops Lead and CTO to review tasks and brief programmers.
• Proactively seek out and resolve inefficiencies and blockages within engineering and cross-departmentally.
• Collaborate with the production team, manage the Technical Producer, and work with the Director of Production and Executive Producers.
