Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Owner to drive solution definitions for pharmacy claim processing and auditing. You will translate needs into testable requirements and collaborate with product, business, and development teams to support program objectives.

The role blends domain expertise with enterprise-scale roadmap planning. You will refine backlogs, mentor other Product Owners, and lead large project discussions with Architecture to deliver innovative billing solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field with significant Pharmacy experience.
Advanced degree in Pharmacy preferred (e.g. Doctor of Pharmacy).
10 years business experience.
7+ years’ experience in Pharmacy operations (store or corporate).
Experience with systems modeling, UI design, decision trees, or data flow tools.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, etc.

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and workshops with cross-discipline team to elicit business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development to meet program objectives and vision.
Create and maintain requirements (Features and User Stories).
Refine program backlog and ensure readiness.
Prioritize and maintain the team backlog.
Accept specifications or user stories at end of each iteration/sprint.
Mentor onshore or offshore Technical Product Owners.
Coordinate across teams and value streams for roadmap plans.
Lead discussions with Architecture on large projects.
Perform duties as outlined in performance plans and special projects.
