Qualifications

• Higher Science/Engineering degree; MS or PhD preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PVD, CVD, and ALD in semiconductor contexts.
• Semiconductor applications and services experience desired.
• New product introduction experience with a performance-based track record.
• Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience.
• Customer-focused with Voice of Customer domain expertise.
• Effective cross-functional communication and influence.
• Knowledge or experience in AI and Automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• R&D and Engineering program management of BEOL metal deposition service products.
• Lead customer application understanding and development for new product introduction.
• Ensure on-time delivery, cost, and quality to support market growth targets.
• Develop and execute project management, PLC processes, and continuous improvement programs.
• Support quality, productivity, and sustaining engineering initiatives with customers and operations.
• Collaborate with technology partners and strategic sourcing teams to meet needs.
• Lead cross-geography teams and report progress to executives and stakeholders.
