Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video team in Seattle is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to own high-leverage partner-facing opportunities. You will define the roadmap, work with content partners, and translate needs into scalable products that move fast and deliver impact.

You will partner with engineering, data teams, and senior stakeholders to measure success, drive end-to-end delivery, and explore AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with content partners to understand their business models, pain points, and growth ambitions; then translate insights into scalable product strategies.
• Operate as a "builder PM": conduct deep partner discovery, frame the opportunity, define the product vision, build and test user experiences, drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
• Speak the language of developers; dive into data, logs, or basic code concepts to unblock your team and accelerate delivery.
• Define success metrics, instrument them, and use data to iterate rapidly and make crisp prioritization decisions.
• Represent Prime Video externally at partner meetings, industry forums, and executive reviews; positioning us as the most innovative and transparent distributor in streaming.
• Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps without direct authority, building alignment through compelling narratives and data-driven proposals.
