Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to define the vision and drive the Command Certificate Lifecycle Management product. You will own the strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for enterprise customers.

You will manage the product lifecycle from concept to production, enable SaaS and on-prem deployments, and translate market insights into concrete requirements while mentoring a team and influencing cross-functional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management for security, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic technologies, machine identity management, and agile methods.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with PM tools (JIRA, Confluence) and data analytics platforms.

Aufgaben

• Product Vision & Strategy: Establish and communicate a compelling vision for Command Certificate Lifecycle Management.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing certificate discovery, lifecycle automation, policy enforcement, deployment flexibility, analytics, and integrations across the Keyfactor platform.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch for SaaS and on-prem deployments; lead transition from POC to production.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and engage with customers/partners to identify trends and needs (e.g., PQC, SAST, CI/CD).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, documentation, support, and go-to-market teams.
• Requirements & Execution: Translate strategic goals into detailed requirements and user stories; guide development.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor performance and drive improvements focusing on security, scalability, UX.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Update executives, field teams, and strategic customers.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor PMs and cross-functional contributors.
• Travel up to 10% travel time.
