Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager for Command Certificate Lifecycle Management in the United States (Remote). The role leads vision, strategy, and roadmap for a central certificate lifecycle platform supporting SaaS and on-prem deployments, with emphasis on cryptographic security and machine identity management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in security, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of cryptography and machine identity management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Establish and communicate a compelling vision for Command Certificate Lifecycle Management, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain product roadmap, prioritizing certificate discovery, lifecycle automation, policy enforcement, deployment flexibility, analytics, and integrations.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch for SaaS and on-prem deployments.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, docs, support, and GTM teams.
• Requirements & Execution: Translate goals into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor performance using data analytics and feedback to improve security and UX.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regular updates to executive leadership, field teams, and strategic customers.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor product managers and cross-functional contributors.
