Job summary

Metrea Spectrum Operations LLC seeks a highly experienced technical operations expert to support real-world ISR missions and deliver advanced C2 solutions. You will apply deep SIGINT, EW, and cyber knowledge to design, develop, and integrate capabilities for mission success.

This role requires extensive deployments, strong communication, and the ability to brief customers. You will collaborate across Metrea teams, partners, and vendors while maintaining security clearances and delivering

Qualifications

20 years of experience in a similar role with multiple overseas deployments.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Cyberspace concepts and related tech.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and deliver technical solutions for real-world ISR missions.
Serve as a C2 liaison between customer and mission platforms.
Research and develop emerging technologies, equipment, and TTPs for MSO’s solutions.
Maintain and expand proficiency across applicable technologies and gear.
Coordinate with Metrea entities, customers, and external vendors, and attend technical events.
Provide episodic instruction to strengthen department expertise and customer relations.
