Job summary

Glow is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling customer-facing content and experiences.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create technical content, enable customer conversations, and represent the practitioner voice in go-to-market efforts. You should be comfortable writing whitepapers, delivering demos, hosting webinars, and briefing executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity-related roles with marketing experience.
• Proven ability to create customer-facing technical content and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality technical marketing content including webinars, whitepapers, and briefs.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand product capabilities and use cases.
• Support Sales and Customer Success with technical messaging and enablement.
• Translate cybersecurity concepts into clear, customer-relevant messaging.
• Represent the company through webinars, customer meetings, conferences, and events.
• Gather feedback to influence product strategy and positioning.
• Contribute to thought leadership in the cybersecurity community.
