Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience building large-scale applications.
• 12+ years of programming experience.
• 8+ years of web or mobile technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year technical vision and architecture for large-scale product systems.
• Identify and solve complex cross-cutting engineering problems across systems.
• Establish extensible technical foundations and coding standards.
• Lead cross-functional execution of organization-wide technical initiatives.
• Develop and operationalize reliability standards, performance guardrails, and quality frameworks.
• Deeply understand privacy, security, and integrity vulnerabilities and build safeguards.
• Mentor engineers with candid feedback and coaching on design problems.
• Communicate strategic trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.
• Identify systemic issues and develop architectural improvements.
