Moog in Murphy, NC is seeking a Sr. Technical Leader for the Data Center Cooling (DCC) value stream. You will drive OEE, process capability, and manufacturing stability across the DCC line, reporting to the Value Stream Manager.

The role requires a engineering degree and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing or operations, with Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach engineers, and guide A3/8D problem solving to deliver sustained improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, engineering, or technical leadership.
• Experience improving OEE, process capability, and manufacturing performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead initiatives to improve OEE, reliability, throughput, and asset utilization across the DCC value stream.
• Analyze downtime, performance losses, and quality trends to identify improvements.
• Establish and improve process capability through statistical analysis and validation.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, standard work, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Mentor engineers and operations leaders in problem solving and investigations.
