Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to translate client IT needs into strategic plans, guiding cloud migrations, AI-enabled integrations, and modernization of legacy systems. You will mentor developers and drive growth opportunities while aligning technology with government objectives.

You will collaborate with government leads and partners to ensure effective delivery, oversee contract development, and present progress at reviews.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams of application developers.
Experience in Node.js with AI technologies such as Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, JSON, Java, Java Script, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, or Open AI.
Ability to develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure effective application development and integration between applications, including AI capabilities.
Ability to oversee all contract application development work and present overview briefings and updates to Government leads, partners, and customers.
Ability to report on business area progress at performance improvement meetings, and help identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact.
Ability to distill requirements, communicating them to contract staff, and tracking progress against them.
Ability to provide a technical need summary to the government program management, giving the client a consolidated roundup across all development efforts, with a special focus on areas that need client intervention.
Ability to propose and direct major technology assignments and coordinates milestones and performance metrics.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
