Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer to design, implement, and lead test efforts for complex IT solutions within the Intelligence Community. You will develop automated tests, drive CI/CD workflows, and document results while mentoring teammates.

The role requires a TS/SCI with poly, 5+ years of software testing or development experience, and a solid background in Linux, Java-based testing, and cloud-adjacent architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing or developing software applications.
• Experience designing and executing test scripts, plans, and documenting results.
• Experience creating and updating automated test cases and scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Experience with Linux environments and test data management.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer IT needs into design specs, statements of work, and test plans.
• Lead creation of test scripts, run tests, and document expected vs actual results.
• Mentor junior developers to grow into solution architects.
