Job summary

DCCM is seeking a Senior Technical Lead Engineer – Site & Land Development to provide technical leadership for complex civil projects across Northeast Florida, including mentoring engineers and guiding design standards.

The role emphasizes solving challenging design problems, ensuring constructible and cost-effective solutions, and coordinating with project managers and clients while upholding regulatory compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field is required.
• Active Professional Engineer license is required.
• Ten or more years of civil engineering experience in site/land development.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide design teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for complex site/land-development projects.
• Lead engineering design involving grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
• Review calculations, reports, plans, and permit applications for accuracy.
• Mentor Project Managers, engineers, and technical staff.
