Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years leading a development team as a technical lead, team lead, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with Angular.
• Production experience building and hosting applications on Azure.
• Proven experience building and running CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools and able to set team standards for review and testing of AI-generated code.
• Experience running Agile sprints, with a working command of Scrum or a similar methodology.
• Experience writing release communications for business audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers and set priorities to maintain code quality, testing and documentation.
• Run Agile sprints end to end: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps from stakeholder sessions.
• Partner with the Principal Architect on architecture and standards.
• Stay hands-on: build features, review code, and fix critical issues.
• Harden release discipline and reduce production risk on internal platforms.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and set team review/testing standards.
• Ensure tests exist before deployment with appropriate coverage.
• Own CI/CD and release pipelines, including build, test, and deployment automation across environments.
• Run release management including planning, go/no-go, deployment, and rollback.
• Write and send release communications to stakeholders.
• Monitor production health and drive root-cause fixes.
• Build and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
• Oversee Azure-hosted apps/services with Infrastructure team.
• Support Power Apps solutions as part of Microsoft platform.
• Foster collaboration with Principal Engineer and wider Engineering teams.
