Qualifications

• BS or BA in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of full-stack development (Java/Spring Boot backend, React/Angular with TS/JS frontend).
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical projects or teams in agile environments.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical direction with Architects to ensure delivery quality.
• Drive delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate client needs into impactful work.
• Build test automation across the full stack and enforce best practices.
• Optimize application performance in a cloud environment.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering continuous learning.
