Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead is pivotal in managing technology for complex development projects, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role emphasizes enhancing team capabilities and productivity through mentorship and established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers in Python, enhancing their coding skills and increasing productivity through effective mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews in Python applications, establish quality assurance processes, and implement performance optimization techniques to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned modules, participating in technical discussions as a consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, and identifying best packages and architecture practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables using Python frameworks, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate the closure of escalations.
• Develop automated testing scripts using Selenium for Python applications to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee integration processes using Unix shell scripting to automate deployment and streamline workflows across development and production environments.

Skill Requirements
