Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead - React.js plays a crucial role in managing technology across complex projects. Key Responsibilities

• 1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Defining And Implementing Best Practices In React.Js Development, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
• 2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In React.Js, Establish Quality Assurance Processes, And Optimize Application Performance, Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards And Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
• 3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant To Assess Feasibility Studies, Evaluate Technical Alternatives, And Mitigate Technical Risks.
• 4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

• 1. Expert-Level Proficiency In React.Js, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Core Principles And Workflows.
• 2. Solid Experience With State Management Libraries Such As Redux Or Context Api.
