Job summary

HCLTech in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Java/J2EE Engineer with 7+ years hands-on experience to design and develop enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring, and microservices.

You will work across full project lifecycles, contribute to REST APIs, front-end touchpoints with React, and collaborate in a CI/CD environment using Maven/Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE experience.
• Strong Core Java, Spring IOC, Spring Framework, Spring Web Services, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs and JUnit.
• Front-end experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Database knowledge: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Operating systems: Linux and Windows.
• Build/CI/CD tools: Maven or Ivy, Ant, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Tools: JIRA, SVN, Git, Bitbucket, Postman, SOAP API, and Xcode.
• Experience across the full project implementation lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $109,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $160,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
