Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an experienced trainer to develop and deliver advanced instruction for a title authority program, focusing on data engineering, OSINT, and geospatial analysis. You will work with ESRI software, Jupyter notebooks, and API integrations to create practical, security-compliant training materials.

You will coordinate with the Training Coordinator, manage data collection, and produce bi-weekly dashboards and post-training evaluation reports for government oversight.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training on Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• Experience with secure data environments, RBAC, and cataloging standards.
• Strong instructional design and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced instruction for title authority program training audiences (e.g., MIP).
• Incorporate ESRI Software and geospatial data analysis.
• Lead API-based data integration and workflow design.
• Create Jupyter Notebook-based data engineering and geospatial data layers.
• Ensure data handling complies with USPI/PII protections and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Training Coordinator to align content with objectives.
• Provide bi-weekly dashboard inputs and post-training performance reports.
