Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience; or advanced degree with commensurate experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
AICP certification depending on discipline

Responsibilities

Performs independent technical reviews and provides guidance on complex projects.
Directs resolution of technical issues as requested.
Provides technical expertise and mentoring to project leadership and staff.
Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation on complex projects.
Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners across disciplines.
Develops and advises on technical consistency within disciplines and across projects.
Ensures standard practices are applied consistently across projects.
