Axonius is hiring a Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager

Lead programs that equip our pre-sales engineers, technical account managers, and customer success teams with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the field. This role is essential in ensuring customer-facing technical teams are aligned, skilled, and able to articulate the value of Axonius across various use cases.

You will develop onboarding programs, product readiness plans, certifications, and ongoing learning initiatives that scale globally. The role requires a blend of program management, technical knowledge, and enablement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage technical enablement programs for pre-sales and post-sales roles
• Assist in onboarding design and execution to reduce ramp-up time for new hires
• Translate product features into technical training and enablement for the field
• Collaborate with PMs, Tech SMEs, and Product Marketing to create scalable content
• Drive role-based certifications and learning paths with the Academy team
• Maintain tech enablement content on platforms like LMS, CMS, and lab environments
• Facilitate live sessions and coordinate workshops and labs
• Track program effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, completion rates, and certifications
• Gather feedback to keep enablement content relevant and effective
• Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment between technical and non-technical training

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in technical enablement, field training, pre-sales engineering, or technical account management, preferably in SaaS
• Understanding of the B2B enterprise software customer journey
• Experience building and delivering enablement programs for technical roles
• Ability to work cross-functionally with SMEs, PMs, and GTM leaders
• Experience with LMS and lab platforms (e.g., Skilljar, CloudLabs, LearnUpon, Strigo)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for technical audiences
• Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives
• Cybersecurity, IT management, or SaaS tools experience is a plus
