Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to join our Electronic Warfare team. You will shape the directorate's technical strategy, align it with company goals, and build a roadmap from the current state to the future state.

You will lead multi-domain collaboration within Parsons' Defense & Intelligence portfolio and drive new business opportunities, while directing budgets and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in a technical field and 4+ years in management.
• Experience in operational or military cyber/EW/INT domains is a plus.
• Experience leading innovation and rapid development efforts in military contexts.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the electronic warfare technical strategy.
• Lead multi-domain collaboration across Parsons' Defense & Intelligence portfolio.
• Drive proposals with clear discriminators and responsive content.
• Engage with high-value customers and government leaders with compelling briefings.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for cost-effective delivery.
