The role involves preparing fragranced delivery systems to support fragrance and technology development projects, collaborating with local and global teams to ensure timely, high-quality results. This position is pivotal in delivering fragrance technology solutions that enhance products across Home Care and Body Care categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and synthesis of fragranced microcapsules
• Characterization and analysis of capsules to meet global quality standards
• Prioritizing requests efficiently to meet deadlines
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of capsules and synthesis materials
• Supporting transfer and validation of next-generation capsules
• Establishing and maintaining relationships within the global encapsulation community

Qualifications
