Job summary

Bandit Running seeks a Technical Designer to own the development cycle for high-performance activewear—from initial sample through production. You will create and refine tech packs, specs, and construction details, and lead live fittings with Design, Product Development, and Production to ensure fit, quality, and manufacturability.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain aggressive timelines, contribute to fit improvements, and help evolve Bandit’s technical processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Design, preferably in activewear.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in PLM (Centric), 2D pattern making (Optitex), and Adobe Creative Suite; Browzwear a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborative cross-functional mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own technical development from sample to production, ensuring fit aligns with standards.
• Create and maintain tech packs, specs and construction details in PLM.
• Lead live model fittings and translate feedback into directives.
• Communicate with factory partners to ensure technical direction is understood.
• Maintain seasonal timelines and identify risks.
• Contribute to evolution of Bandit's fit, construction, and processes.
